Metal milling on modern machining centers
Numerical control technology has completely eliminated human error from the machining process. CNC milling at our facility is based on advanced CAM software that generates optimal tool paths, shortening cycle time and reducing material consumption.
We perform face milling, slot milling, pocket milling, off-axis holes, and complex 3D curved surfaces. We maintain high surface quality (low Ra) and strict dimensional and geometric tolerances, strictly according to the technical drawing specifications.

Machining efficiency depends on the parameters of our machine park. Our CNC machines allow us to flexibly adapt to customer needs. We offer:
- Milling [e.g. 3-axis and 4-axis], enabling machining from multiple sides with a single workpiece setup.
- Maximum machine working area (X/Y/Z travels): [e.g. 1500 x 800 x 800 mm].

For customers requiring even larger parameters, we also offer specialized large-format machining performed on gantry machines and boring mills.
What materials do we work with?
The right choice of insert geometry and spindle parameters allows us to perform CNC milling on a wide range of materials, including difficult-to-machine ones:
Steel: structural, tool, heat-treated, as well as stainless and acid-resistant steel (INOX).
Non-ferrous metals: aluminium (often chosen for its fast cutting speed and low weight), brass, bronze, copper.
Engineering plastics: polyamide (PA6), POM, Teflon (PTFE), PEEK – ideal for producing slides, rollers, or gears.

Comprehensive production: from milling to finishing
Many of our customers from Silesia and across Poland appreciate that they receive a finished product. Parts that undergo milling often require additional operations. At our facility, we can also carry out CNC turning of rotational bodies, and integrate entire assemblies thanks to our steel structure welding services.
Frequently asked questions
No. We carry out CNC milling from a single piece – we produce prototypes and individual parts, e.g. machine spare parts (maintenance). Of course, for large-scale production we can offer a significantly more favorable unit price thanks to amortization of machine setup and programming time.
Thanks to regularly calibrated machines and tools from renowned manufacturers (e.g. Sandvik, Seco), we routinely maintain tolerances of [e.g. +/- 0.01 mm] or tighter, if required by the customer’s technical specification.
Yes, we provide CNC milling services using both our own material (purchased directly from steel mills and distributors, with full 3.1 certificates) and material supplied by the customer.
CNC milling means that the material clamped on the table (usually a rectangular block) remains stationary (or moves linearly), while the rotating cutting tool (mill) does the cutting. In [link here: CNC turning], the material rotates in the spindle chuck and a stationary tool cuts its surface, shaping parts with axial symmetry (shafts, bushings).
