Engineering facilities: CAD CAM design
Effective metal machining starts in the technology office. Our engineering team works efficiently with customer technical documentation. We implement advanced CAD CAM design, enabling virtual simulation of the machining process before the machine spindle is started. We perform optimal CAM programming, reducing production cycle time and minimizing material consumption. We work with commonly used 3D file formats (e.g. .step, .igs, .dwg), but if needed we can also recreate a part from a sketch or worn pattern (reverse engineering).

To speed up the quotation and CAM programming process as much as possible, we prefer files in 3D formats such as .STEP, .IGS, or .X_T. We also accept standard flat documentation in .DWG, .DXF, and .PDF formats. If you do not have a ready design, our engineering office provides CAD CAM design services based on a part sample or hand-drawn sketch.
Yes, we carry out metal machining using both our own material (we organize steel supply with certificates) and material supplied by the customer. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and engineering plastics.
At Euro LTD we handle both types of orders. Our machine park and flexible approach to CNC machining allow us to carry out cost-effective large-series production as well as complex single parts and prototypes.

We aim to prepare a quotation for milling or CNC turning within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete inquiry.
