We carry out welding work using the most modern and efficient methods, precisely selected to match material requirements and project specifics:
MIG/MAG welding (131/135/136)
The most commonly used method in prefabrication. It ensures high productivity and excellent weld quality when joining thicker sections of carbon and structural steel.
TIG welding (141)
Guarantees the highest aesthetics and weld cleanliness. We use this method mainly for thin sheets, demanding parts, and processing of stainless, acid-resistant steel and non-ferrous metals.

Qualified welding technologies and rigorous supervision
There is no room for compromise in engineering. Our welding services in Silesia are carried out based on recognized Welding Procedure Specifications (WPQR). We have permanent supervision by an International Welding Engineer (IWE), who ensures the selection of appropriate parameters, filler metals, and shielding gases. All work is performed by welders with certificates issued by independent notified bodies (e.g. UDT, TUV, Welding Institute), in accordance with the requirements of [e.g. PN-EN ISO 9606-1].
Weld testing (NDT) and quality control
To guarantee full safety and compliance with documentation, we subject our welds to rigorous inspection. Depending on the execution class (EXC) and project requirements, we organize non-destructive testing (NDT):

Our projects
Welding of heavy large-format structures
The extensive workshop space in Bytom and adequate crane lifting capacity allow us to freely handle heavy elements. We carry out welding in Silesia also for large-format machine elements, overpasses, or girders, combining these processes with precise CNC metal machining.

We specialize primarily in steel structure welding using carbon structural steels (e.g. S235, S355). We also have the technologies and qualifications to weld stainless, acid-resistant steel and aluminium.
Due to workplace environment requirements, rigorous quality control, and cost optimization, 100% of our welding processes take place in-house at our fully equipped production facility in Bytom, Silesia.
Yes, we very often act as a comprehensive subcontractor. We accept parts previously subjected to CNC machining (our own or the customer’s) and join them according to the provided technological documentation into finished modules or machine frames.
We work in accordance with systemic requirements for welding processes, based on the guidelines of PN-EN ISO 3834 and PN-EN 1090 for the execution of load-bearing steel structures. We hold the necessary qualified welding procedures (WPQR).
