Steel structure painting
- industrial anti-corrosion systems
Even the best designed and welded structure will degrade if not properly protected against atmospheric and chemical conditions. Euro LTD in Bytom offers professional steel structure painting and comprehensive anti-corrosion protection for industry. We have modern paint shop infrastructure that enables us to apply durable paint coatings meeting rigorous quality standards.
Comprehensive anti-corrosion protection in Silesia
The durability of a paint coating depends 80% on proper substrate preparation. At our facility, we treat the anti-corrosion protection process comprehensively, without skipping any technological stage.
Surface preparation (shot blasting / sandblasting)
Before an element goes to painting, it undergoes abrasive blasting. We clean steel of rust, mill scale, and old coatings, achieving appropriate surface roughness and cleanliness – most often to class Sa 2.5 (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 8501-1). This guarantees maximum adhesion of paint to the substrate.
Spray painting (airless)
We carry out proper steel structure painting using airless spray (hydrodynamic) method. This allows fast and even application of a thick paint layer without runs, even on parts with very complex geometry, in hard-to-reach corners, and on edges.

Why Euro LTD?
Painting of large-format structures
Our paint shop and abrasive blasting equipment are adapted to accept elements with non-standard dimensions. We offer steel structure painting, including large formats such as hall girders, pipeline bridges, machine frames, industrial railings, and tanks.
Why combine prefabrication with painting at Euro LTD?
By commissioning the entire production process to us, you minimize costs and logistical risk. We can carry out CNC cutting machining, assemble and complete [link here: steel structure welding], and then apply the anti-corrosion system on site. One contractor means one warranty, full quality control (coating thickness and adhesion testing), and faster project completion.
What paint systems do we use?
The selection of the appropriate coating system depends on the environment in which the element will operate (corrosivity categories from C1 to C5). We work with proven industrial paints from renowned manufacturers (e.g. Jotun, Hempel, Teknos, Sigma). We most often apply multi-layer systems:
-
Primer paints: epoxy coatings with high zinc content, creating a barrier cutting off moisture and oxygen access to steel.
-
Intermediate coats: high-build epoxies, building the barrier and appropriate thickness (micronage) of the entire system.
-
Topcoats: polyurethane coatings, resistant to UV radiation (no chalking), chemicals, and mechanical damage.
We protect structures in accordance with PN-EN ISO 12944, matching paint systems to environmental classes (C3, C4, C5-I, C5-M).

Frequently asked questions
We offer industrial steel structure painting as a separate service. We gladly accept customer-supplied elements for anti-corrosion protection from other contracting companies, metal workshops, and individual investors.
Our internal quality control continuously monitors climatic parameters (temperature, dew point, humidity) during application. We use dry film thickness (DFT) gauges and perform coating adhesion tests (e.g. cross-cut method) to guarantee compliance with the customer’s technical documentation.
Yes. We paint surfaces previously hot-dip galvanized (the so-called Duplex system), providing maximum, long-term anti-corrosion protection. We first subject the galvanized surface to gentle abrasive sweeping (sweep blasting) to dull the coating and ensure adhesion of the specialist primer paint.
The choice of topcoat color depends solely on customer preference. Thanks to high-quality polyurethane paints, we can tint the topcoat to any color from the RAL or NCS palette.
Painting quotation – contact our facility
We accept painting orders for both our own production structures and customer-supplied elements from across Silesia and Poland. Send a list of elements (with the painting surface area in m²) and guidelines regarding the paint system. Our specialists will prepare a quick quotation for the protective coating application service.
